Italy there were many small farms. What to do? My grandparents, then, have started to produce cheese. But even for this product, the market was difficult .. One day they had collected in the forest many fruits. And at home found themselves with plenty of milk and many fruits.
The idea: Let the sweet! And then we do the ice cream. With an old engine put on a small freezer and started with fresh milk and fruit in season to make ice cream.
With natural products and wholesome ice cream was exceptional.
A passion that has been handed down an d that binds our family the art of ice cream. My production is exclusively artisanal, and follows the old recipes of my grandparents. I select only quality ingredients, fresh, genuine, natural and without preservatives.
